Disney Lorcana’s second set is called Rise of the Floodborn. It focuses on the lore of the Floodborn, and contains many new Floodborn characters.
It was released on Friday, November 17th, 2023 for local hobby and game stores as well as Disney Parks. Then mass release to retail and big box stores plus shopDisney on December 1st, 2023. More information can be found here.
There are 204 cards, all with new art. Twelve characters had Enchanted cards, and there was another art card puzzle set with Minnie Mouse – Wide-Eyed Diver. The keyword Resist was debuted in this set.
In Rise of the Floodborn, we got much the same as The First Chapter, with a main set that has a booster box and the same products – just slightly fewer. The booster boxes three pieces of tape on them, unlike the first release of The First Chapter which had none, and unlike Into the Inklands which had shrink-wrapped plastic for the first time.

There was a special Disney 100 Collector’s Edition set instead of the gift set. It came in the same shape box as a gift set but contains six special Disney100 alternate art, full-border cards that are promos, plus four Rise of the Floodborn packs.
